Sarah Rose Lockenvitz has been around the physical therapy industry her entire life. She played soccer for 19 years, starting at the recreation level, continuing to play through college and ending her career as a semi-professional for FC Copa. Physical therapy was an integral part in her ability to continue to play her sport. She graduated from Adelphi University in 2017 with a baccalaureate degree in Exercise Science followed by a degree from a two year P.T.A program at Kingsborough College. Her hands on experience includes working in assisted living facilities in geriatrics with a focus in treating Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and balance disorders. Sarah Rose joined the TLC team in 2022, looking to increase her scope with post surgical intervention. Now in an outpatient setting, she is excited to get her clients back to playing the sports they love or back to doing the things they love in their daily lives with less pain and increased function post surgery.
